Based on feedback from Grady Principal Dr. Betsy Bockman and faculty, the Foundation is currently raising funds for a transformative technology initiative to provide every Grady student with a dedicated state-of-the-art Chromebook laptop in the classroom. Grady currently has 11 Chromebook carts that must be shared across 58 classrooms (that’s 350 Chromebooks for almost 1400 students). Achieving our goal of providing every student at Grady with a dedicated Chromebook will, among other things, enable teachers across all grade levels to interact with their students in new and engaging ways while delivering real-time, differentiated instruction based on individual student needs and abilities. But we will need significant financial support from our Grady Community to reach our goal. Whether you are a parent, alum or community member, every donation makes a real and lasting difference in virtually every Grady student’s education experience.
